National Deposit Funding has relationships with a number of financiers, bankers and finance brokers who understand our product.

Dream Deposit Buyers either obtain loan pre-approval up to a certain limit prior to signing a contract for a property or they  apply for finance  within the finance period contained in the contract.

Lender's Requirements

Although the Dream Deposit reduces the need for borrowers to use their own equity they must still show a certain amount of financial capacity to the conventional property financier or bank.   

When a borrower uses a Dream Deposit™ loan the Dream Deposit funds are provided to the seller at settlement and the borrower retains the equity/cash they used to show their 'financial capacity' to the first mortgage provider.
