ACTIVE STRATEGY ("DREAM DEPOSIT FOCUS") - Real estate agent markets the Dream Deposit concept to buyers as a way to attract them to the property [plus we also distribute the property details to our membership database and pass on all enquiries to the real estate agency/marketer].
ACTIVE STRATEGY ("PROPERTY FOCUS") - Real estate agent markets the property and its merits and subsequently introduces the Dream Deposit as an additional sales incentive/motivator for the buyer. [plus we also distribute the property details to our membership database and pass on all enquiries to the real estate agency/marketer].
