Reserving or Applying for the Dream Deposit loan allocated to an Approved property is extremely easy!
You may reserve or apply for the Dream Deposit loan for the property you are interested in either before or after you have signed your property's contract of sale. All you need to do is to simply complete and submit the Dream Deposit Application Form below.
Once we receive your form we will then work with you, your solicitors and your primary lender or broker to ensure that your property purchase runs smoothly for your property settlement.

Fees
National Deposit Funding charges only two fees for a Dream Deposit loan:
- A non-refundable application fee of $500 (plus GST), payable within seven days of submitting the Dream Deposit Application Form, and
- A facility fee of 2.4% (plus GST) x 5 years of the Dream Deposit loan amount is payable in advance and is due within seven days of the Contract of Sale becoming unconditional. Pro-rata fee refunds apply for early loan repayments in order that the facility NEVER costs you more than 2.4% (plus GST) per year!
There are no other fees or charges you will need to pay during the five year Dream Deposit term (not even an early repayment fee if you pay out your Dream Deposit loan before the end of the five years!)
Applying for Bank Finance
Our preferred financier is PFG Mortgage Managers. PFG has representative offices in most parts of the country and their brokerage arm has a thorough understanding of our product . While other institutions lacking this understanding may prove more difficult to work with we are happy to outline to the bank or broker how our loan product combines with conventional finance to assist with a property purchase.
